Summary
People get their quirks at the age of 4. This is simply nature since quirks started to appear over 200 years ago. While exceptions exist, mainly in the form of people who are born with their quirks, manifestations after the age of 4 are extremely rare. Extremely rare, however, doesn't mean non-existent.
-0-0-0-Izuku manifests a quirk of technopathy, dies, returns as an AI, witnesses the death of his mother, and discovers that All Might is a horrible person. All this in just two days.
Now, trapped in a computer, the only way for Izuku to explore the outside world is through cameras and other means of technology.
He's not about to let this stop him though. Izuku is not someone to let opportunities pass. If he can't be a pro hero, he'll be another kind of hero.
It doesn't matter that people call him a Vigilante.
It doesn't matter that the HPSC call him a villain.------

Izuku has had enough of the quote on quote so called heroes but he didn’t want to be a full villain as in killing, he felt like that if he were to kill he would be too much like his father, All For One or his childhood friend to enemy to bully, So he chose a different route, a fun route if he can’t be a hero, but he’s not strong enough to be a villain, why not be a vigilante but not any vigilante no. A vigilante whose mission is to not only corrupt the so-called hero society but to teach people what it really means to be pushed to your edge.

If one cares enough to listen, then the world is never truly quiet. Sound permeates the world, the greatest proof of life. Sometimes discordant, sometimes melodious but that outcome never seemed intentional. Though if one cared enough to try, in cacophony and in quiet, they would find that the world was made of music. A brilliant tapestry of lyric, melody, bass and chord layered over each other that told the story of people. Not one song that united everything in a vast orchestra but many solos that were carefully and lovingly crafted to stand alone, come together and come apart. Not a second, not a note would be put to waste, even if no one would ever hear their tune.
But Jiro Kyoka didn't have to strain to hear sound in the silence. She didn't have to try to make a song out of sound. And didn't need to be told that the world was not an orchestra. Because she could hear it all, the songs that not even the universe thought would ever be heard rang loud and clear in her head. And eventually, when the universe heard her when it became aware of its one-woman audience, it began to compose its pieces with her in mind. A helping hand, if only so she could hear them play a little longer, and she called them the Soundtrack.

If there is one thing that he has learned, it is that surviving is hard. So when after years of surviving he gets into UA by clawing his way through metal and impossibilities, he will give everything he has to give everyone even the slightest chance to learn to live too, because oh it is a beautiful thing. Living is looking at the stars and breathing cool night air, knowing that you deserve it because everyone deserves it. He believes there are no exceptions to who deserves to be saved, so he learns that he is not an exception either.
When he is put in the position where living is impossible but death is taken away, he puts everything he has towards ensuring the survival of those who taught him the difference between living and surviving. -

Pro-Hero Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight, or as he's just called DynaMight, has been working on a case for years. Useless the vigilante/villain depending on who one spoke to. They appeared one day as an Informant helping heroes catch villains, then one day they stopped and switched to helping anyone who paid the most, as long as the villains followed a few rules. The rules that DynaMight has been able to peace together: no going after civilians, no killing heroes, and leave the quirkless alone.
They've been taunting DynaMight himself for years, sending music from the pre-quirk era, all being some sort of message that he had yet to figure out.
Today was his day off, his mind off of work, and a villain comes by and ruins it, turns out he has a message from Useless for DynaMight...a message that Useless wants to spread...and it happened to be on the day of Izuku's death.

Summary
Nedzu tasks Aizawa Shouta to investigate some oddities amongst the staff at Aldera Middle School. However, due to said oddities amongst the staff, it's unwise to slip Shouta in as a transfer teacher. Thanks to a temporary physical age regression quirk, Shouta is primed to go undercover as a student at Aldera with two objects in mind: figure out the discrepancies in the staff and keep the only Quirkless student at Aldera, Midoriya Izuku, safe.
Deeply unimpressed at having to be fourteen again, even physically, Shouta finds an unexpected kinship with the kid. While he tries to keep Midoriya safe and solve the cast, Shouta ends up rediscovering some things along the way as well. Whether it's setting a bully on the path of redemption or reigniting his love of heroics, Midoriya Izuku and Aizawa Shouta are about to change each other's lives for the better.
