The Animorphs have been on a lot of strange adventures, but Jake's been on a few more than the others. He's been through a Sario Rip that only he remembers. He once made a deal with Crayak that even he doesn't remember.
One time, he had a strange dream that occasionally flits through his mind, in fits and spurts. One where the Yeerks won the war, and he had to decide between love and the future.
One night, the Animorphs all go to bed, and then they find themselves in what could be Jake's dream. Except that a lot is different than how he remembered it, and there are no sudden jumps or gaps of logic here. This feels very, very real. The questions the Animorphs now have to answer are: Who brought them here? What went wrong in this place? And how in the world are they going to get back to their own time before it's too late for the human race?
These six friends have to find the answers to these questions soon. And what they find might change how they think of their own place in the war...
