“Is this what you want?” Prismo asked him again, rolling the shiny metal shaft between his thumb and forefinger.
Scarab nodded eagerly, examining the thin, metallic rod Prismo studied. The wishmaster pressed the pink plane of his finger to the sharp tip and watched some dark, whispy streaks of null space bleed out.
“Okay, well…” Prismo uttered, looking at Scarab, trying to come off as calm and collected, though his projection buzzed with anticipation, “Tell me where to start.”
