Summary
The Cherry Hotel is a luxurious place where the tradition of claiming omegas—knotting and marking them—is carried out. Omegas who go there offer money and their virginity for an Alpha's lasting scent and protection.
It's only natural that the arriving omegas are nervous and shy, but most claimers will make sure they relax and have a good experience. At least Dean Winchester, a claimer whose star has been on the rise, will do so.
When Sam comes of age and the need for protection becomes pressing, he knows he can't turn to his own claimer brother—after all he already has Dean's protection. It makes much more sense that he finds another Alpha, someone with a fierce reputation, someone like Gordon Walker.

MashiarasDream was kind enough to allow me to write a prequel, which takes us through Castiel's life growing up as an omega in the "Choice" alternate universe. He goes from a neglected child to a slave, sold time and time again to uncaring owners, before winding up as a sex slave at the Inn at the Crossroads. Crowley is a greedy man, who has a thousand unethical ways to make money, and Castiel is one of them. His life seems hopeless, until a pack of Hunters come to town...
Warning- the first part of the story is about Castiel's life BEFORE meeting Dean, but Dean will show up in later chapters.

That is until his professor, Castiel Novak, catches his eye. he can't stop fantasising about the professor, so he attends all of his lectures. Then Castiel lets him know how little he appreciates Dean's 'efforts' in his lessons.
or, Castiel is Dean's university professor and punishes Dean when he purposefully gets bad grades in his course. It does reflect on his teaching abilities, after all.
