It's been two years since the battle with the god of war, Vameus. Two years since Douxie proposed to Carter. And the wedding is yet to pass.
Tired of their wedding plans getting constantly put on hold due to Trollhunting, Douxie and Carter plan to elope. Of course... those plans fall awry too. A domino effect sets into motion the moment a beast so terrible that it could only come from one place chases two girls into Arcadia Oaks.
One is a fellow demigod. The other is... something of the past. A person Douxie's only ever heard about. And with her comes bad omens of something truly wicked.

Douxie was determined to hate their new drummer... Micah didn't fit the band's aesthetic; he was an American Apple Pie Texan with the attitude and appearance of a golden retriever, and when standing on stage with Douxie and Zoe, he looked painfully out of place. There were so many good reasons to hate him; He was dumb, and annoying, and surprisingly hot in a Stetson, and really muscular, and worst of all; He was mortal.
Douxie had no choice but to force himself to hate Micah, because crushing on a mortal was a fucking terrible idea.
Micah was determined to hate his new mark... Because that's all Douxie was; a mark. Nothing more. There were so many good reasons to hate him; he was rude, and selfish, and a traitor to magic creatures everywhere, and he had frustratingly pretty eyes, and he was surprisingly kind when you get to know him, and worst of all; He was the reason Micah was trapped in servitude to the Janus Order.
Micah had no choice but to hate Douxie... It was a lot easier to lie to, spy on, manipulate, and kill people you hated, after all.

Nomura, Nari, Strickler, Toby... All gone. All dead if Jim doesn't do something.
That something? Travel back in time all the way to the beginning and do better. Get Strickler and his mom together, save his long dead friends and make Toby the Trollhunter.Only nothing is as straight forward as that.
Because the amulet is now split between him and Toby, the original and the new Trollhunter, which is really not what he had in mind. And it seems as if he might be able to unlock some of his friends memories with daylight...This is going to be a fix it with a focus on Jim, keeping characters IN character and giving changelings their rights. Because they were done dirty in the movie.

“Ally” wasn't the word he was looking for, but he really thought his teacher was a trustworthy person. An honorable and honest man who had no ulterior motives, who had no secrets, and who valued teacher-student moments as much as he did. He was almost sure Strickler cared about him, and even if it wasn't like a son, (because that would be too much to ask) he hoped Strickler cared enough to feel the bond they had with each other.
And he thought he didn't do it. He thought he didn't care at all. But as many other things, he was wrong.

Jim has a habit of balancing the weight of the world on his shoulders...
But this time, he's doing it alone. On the way back to the future, Jim is separated from his friends and thrown into an alternate timeline that is not his own. Given a second chance at saving the world, Jim has to make a choice: he could sit back and watch the future play put like its supposed to, ignoring all the death and destruction wrought by Gunmar and Morgana-
Or he could intercept the amulet from his past self so he could live a normal life with normal human problems and stop all the bad things from happening in the future.
