Summary
After season 4 of the show, Hawkins is split in four pieces and Max stays in a coma. The kids have no other option but to stay alert, but after summer ends, they have to go back to school. However, when the first September rain falls and while Mike and Will's feelings for each other grow stronger, Vecna finally makes a move. After Holly's disappearance, things start to get wild, as the group goes back to what they started back in season 1: putting a stop to Vecna's distruction. Meanwhile, Mike makes realizations about himself and his feelings for his best friend, something that scares him, and Will discovers self-acceptance... and something new.
