He slowly looks over at Hotguy, “Hey, you okay?” He meets the tinted glass of Hotguy’s visor, unable to read his face clearly.
“Oh me?” Hotguy lifts his head up, eyes coming through his visor again, the angle allowing it to shift to something translucent. “I’m peachy! Can’t please everyone, y’know. Gotta just let it roll off your back like waves over a rock’s surface,” he chuckles brightly, a smile on his face.
Cuteguy can’t help but frown at him. He’s worked with Hotguy long enough now that he likes to think he’s pretty good at reading the man. He knows a fake smile when he sees one (he’s also painfully aware of how big a heart the man has, the one that he likes to hide behind the act he puts on for the public. He too had fallen for that act once, but now he knows. It’s part of what draws him in. What made him—).
“I see that frown, Cutie,” Hotguy hums. “I’m fine, I promise.”

“None of your business,” Grian replied as politely as possible, starting to walk backwards until he hit the railing.
“Nuh-uh, that is pretty much my business, since you’re, you know, on my ship.” Grian’s heart skipped a beat.

Summary
Grian had been running for what felt like hours, gliding through the deep void in an attempt to escape the Watchers.
After finally finding a server to hide in he quickly realises that it was, in fact, not abandoned as he had assumed.When Xisuma went to check the new Hermitcraft Server he saw an intruder hack into it - quite literally.
Though it quickly turns out that the intruder was more a fugitive, running away from the very monsters the admin hated with his entire being.Walking a thin line between truth and lie Grian tries his best to cling to the new safe haven to heal up and hide from his captors, making more connections than he had preferred.
Sadly the Watchers had their own plans with their little disobedient experiment. -

After a vicious attack from the hybrid hunters, Grian’s thigh is wounded, rendering him incapacitated and weak from bloodloss. The wound is severe and fresh—less than a day old—and they don’t have any medicine to help it heal. Nothing but the coarse bandages fashioned out of Scar’s torn jacket.
In an uncertain and cruel world, they need to find a safer place to stay.
Grian can’t move, and Scar thinks he has a solution.

“Hotguy.”
“Hi, pretty bird.” He hears Hotguy croon. Grian turned to face his former nemesis, now nuisance.
“Do you want something, or are you just trying to annoy me?” Grian huffed out as he picked up the cop and moved him to the side of the building. Hotguy watched from a distance and didn’t respond until Grian turned around, hands on his hips.
“Just wanted to check on you, it’s been a minute. Wondered if the heroes got you. Was hoping I might have the chance to plan a daring rescue, which might help my chances of winning you over.” Hotguy leaned on the building, shooting Grian a sly glance.
“You make it sound like you’re courting me instead of trying to get me to turn to the dark side.”
Hotguy gasped dramatically and put a hand on his chest. “A Star Wars reference? A man after my own heart.” He then sat up again and walked closer. Too close, and then spoke once again.
“I can multitask birdy.” He said leaning forward until his face was only a couple of inches away from Grians.TLDR: Scar really wants Grian on his side, Grians just trying to live his life, and maybe take down the hero organization while he's at it.

There were three Dimensions: The Nether, the Overworld, and the End. Then there were the Worlds, which granted access to cafes, shops, restaurants, etcetera, as well as events, other Worlds, and Servers. Most people lived on a Server, some on Worlds (also known as Hubs) and all in the three Dimensions. Everyone was either a Player-coded Coded Entity, a Mob-coded Entity, or a mix of the two. Code was what everything existed out of, and only Admins could observe and change it, if only on their own server. This was the way of life for everything and all.
Except for the Watchers, that is.

Summary
What if after S7, Grian and his friends are stuck in the Life Series—the death loops? Third Life until Double Life are consecutive and they actually never got to get home even after someone won, but instead they moved on to restart and start another death game. With the power to manipulate time on a planet, the Watchers can easily torment the people they pulled away from their peaceful lives and loved ones and "punish" a certain avian who's only meant to watch, who should never stoop into these mortals' levels like they're equals.
In each loop, they get to steal something of Grian's, whether he wins or not. After Third Life, they took his stable hands. Since then, he's having a hard time building properly with how shaky the same hands he took pride in. He can no longer do what he wants the most without ruining it. He never told anyone about why he's suddenly stopped creating works of art and instead only make productive builds in Last Life.
