You don’t really realize the world is ending when it starts.
In movies it always starts off with a bang, a disaster, a meteor, world destroying.
Sapnap didn’t really know when the first few signs of the end started to appear. Was it when he was scrolling on his phone on the bus, laughing at a meme? or was it when he saw a woman collapse in his local supermarket?
Or was it when his professors informed them of the new lockdown that was gonna shut down all his classes. Sapnap still doesn’t know.In the beginning, lockdown was kinda nice, he could sleep an hour more and just roll over to grab his laptop and join the online classes with his roommate.
But that only lasted about two weeks before the panic started.
And Sapnap's life as he knew it ended.

Summary
Sam is the warden, he swore to protect everyone on the server from the monster inside the vault. But with each Quackity's visit it's harder and harder to see the lone prisoner as a monster. And Sam founds himself wondering. Is the real monster the one inside the box or the one he lets in?
George can't sleep. His dreams that once comfort him are now only painful reminders of what he had lost. And when he once again finds himself before black walls of Pandora's vault he decides to step in. He wasn't ready for what he found
Dream is hurting. He's been for months. Or at least he thinks so, he lost sense of time long ago. He can't remember the sun anymore, he can barely remember the faces of his once friends that he lost. So when George appears in his cell he brushes it of as another hallucination. But his hallucinations usually don't touch him ...
Or: Sam can no longer ignore his guilt for letting Quackity into prison, so in attempt to help Dream at least a little he lets George in. George isn't pleased with what he found

Summary
That's when George spots it.
It's the same gray color as the mist, barely a shade darker, with slight wrinkling across its body. It looks humanoid, but it's quadrupedal, looking almost like a creepypasta picture George's seen online before - that thing called the Rake. It pads out of the fog surrounding their yard and looks up at the house.
George makes direct eye contact with the creature's glowing white eyes and is paralyzed in terror at the sight of it. He feels like a prey animal, being stared down by this strange humanoid that stepped out of the mist.
"D- Dream?" George asks, refusing to break eye contact with whatever that is, heart pounding so loud he can hear it in his ears. "What is that?"

Apparently this was now his life however. He just needs to make sure that said enemy mafia does not figure out he's not only an avian but also start to piece together his past.

Rain slowly begins to patter along the windshield and roof, but Sapnap doesn't mind. Dream's a good driver, especially during storms, and it doesn't seem to bother him as they drive towards the storm.
The wind picks up more as they slowly advance towards it, the sky darkening slowly until the blue from an hour ago is replaced with a sickly shade of gray-green. Perfect storm weather. Sapnap sighs, bouncing his leg nervously. "Are you guys worried about George and the cats?"
"Not really, why?" Dream asks, glancing back at Sapnap after he merges lanes.
"I don't think he really gets how dangerous the storms are," Sapnap sighs, arching his back in an attempt to relieve some of the stress curled between his shoulder blades. "These things are deadly and I just don't think he really… understands."
